Private investment opportunity
We are currently in the process of refinancing, with the aim of repaying our original lenders while keeping our housing as affordable as possible during a period of rising living costs.

Alongside exploring institutional lending, we are also looking to raise part of the finance from a number of aligned individuals who want to support a community-led housing model.

In total, we are seeking to refinance approximately £120,000 over a period of around 20 years. We expect this to be made up of multiple investments of varying sizes, depending on what feels appropriate for each individual.

Any investment would contribute directly to:

Maintaining low rents for residents
Providing long-term housing stability
Supporting a not-for-profit, community-led model
